Dutch Stover remembered

A 1992 house nomination places Dutch Stover among the Emblem Club’s charter members.
A 1992 house nomination puts the Emblem Club first in a list of eight things Dutch Stover is said to have been a charter member of, across seventy years in Bend. “Pagent” is the nomination’s spelling.
It is a later account and the claim is a specific one. “Charter member” of a club whose founder said, at the first annual dinner in January 1913, “there are now twenty-one members”, is a claim about a roll this archive does not have — the longest list it holds is the sixteen men who went to Portland in May 1913, and Stover is not among them. Nothing here contradicts the nomination; nothing here confirms it either.
