Six originals on Oregon Avenue; most of Bond Street gone or damaged before 1985; the replacements made that year by John Pritchard of Bend Stained Glass in KoKoMo glass matched for colour, texture and quality.",
"It carries something the account did not: the original glass “is believed to have been made by a company in Pennsylvania which is no longer in business”. Believed, and unnamed — but it is the only claim anywhere in this archive about who made the O’Kane emblems, and it is a lead rather than a fact.",
"The description is also the nomination’s own reading of the device — a circular design with the word Bend filling the circle, set in a square encasement, and the whole of it openable for ventilation. The nomination’s stray apostrophe in “emblem’s” is kept as typed.",
"These are records of the building in the 1980s. The history of an individual pane matters when comparing it today."

The emblem’s are operable to provide for ventilation. Six of the original emblems exist on the Oregon Avenue side. The stained glass is believed to have been made by a company in Pennsylvania which is no longer in business. Many of the original panes still exist on the Oregon Avenue side of the building, though most of the stained glass on Bond Street had been removed or damaged prior to 1985. Stained glass reproduction windows have been made by John Pritchard of Bend Stained Glass in 1985. Pritchard used glass specially manufactured by KoKoMo Glass Company to match the original glass in color, texture and quality."
